The ideal candidate should be incredibly detailed, organized, assertive and be able to multi-task with excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to follow directives, complete assignments quickly with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Computer savvy
  • Phone skills
  • Filing skills
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Creating new folders for patients/organizing documents within them.
  • Scanning and uploading documents into charts.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to be multitask
  • Work on special projects assigned by CEO or Office Manager
  • Other administrative duties to assist office staff.
  • Preferably familiar with basic medical terminology .
  • Bilingual Spanish

Must have high school diploma

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manhattan Beach, CA 90266: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Scanning and uploading: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
