This role was designed to transition Office Assistant into a management role within 1 year! Applicant must be able to flow adhoc when necessary! The Office Assistant must take on the ownership of job description, all responsibilities and tasks.

Our ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with an ever-changing workload. This individual will have full understanding that Real Estate deals, transactions, development and management is not a job, but rather a lifestyle, which requires sometimes being available on weekends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RE Wealth Advisors, founded in January, 2015 is a fully integrated real estate wealth consultancy and development company with its headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The position is to provide a broad range of administrative assistance to our Clients, Partners, Affiliates, Investors and Management.

Also, Office assistant is responsible for expediting transactional work relating to both consultancy and commercial real estate debt and equity projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process new applications, obtain required documents, and electronically file documents in software.
  • Type a minimum 40 WPM.
  • Maintain updates via quarterly reporting.
  • Accurately record conversation logs.
  • Track investor communication and update/maintain investor requests calendar.
  • Respond to investor requests, including annual reports, diligence questionnaires, etc.
  • Prepare marketing presentations and background materials for investor meetings
  • Review investment databases for use in investor requests and presentations
  • Perform ad-hoc requests
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Manage company timelines.
  • Coordinate conference calls.
  • Calendar Management.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Take accurate notes of meetings.
  • Record and transcribe minutes of Board and committee meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and clear communication wit team members.
  • Coordinate household office procedures.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, & proactive.
  • Comply with RE Wealth Advisors policies & procedures.
  • Embraces and executes the vision, mission, and beliefs of the Company.
  • Is punctual and present at work when scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
  • Experience: 3 years of related work experience.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexible with the work schedule, including availability to work weekends.
  • 10% travel

Please note: Compensation is dependent on experience.

Expected work hours will are during the weekdays. There may be an occasional weekend work required.
