Fast paced financial planning firm seeks experienced, full-time Office Assistant with exceptional client service skills and a high degree of professionalism. Candidate must be able to work effectively with other staff members, clients, and the Advisors. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organization and follow-thru and the ability to multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and lunches
- Greeting clients
- Serving refreshments
- Entering information into database as needed
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Filing
- Performing various miscellaneous tasks as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Positive attitude and extraordinary client service skills
- Exceptional Team player
- Experience in operating various office equipment, including personal computer, fax machine, copier, etc.
- Skill in using various software packages including Microsoft Office and database applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines
