The position will perform clerical duties under general supervision, answer department switchboard, monitor department email and direct and refer visitors. This position will explain established Human Resources rules, policies, and procedures, provide general information regarding Workday processes internally and externally, prepare and process fiscal, travel and personnel documents, and maintain office record keeping systems, both paper and electronic. This is a project position and is expected to end on February 28, 2022. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension. Required Qualifications: High School graduation or equivalent and two years of clerical experience; OR equivalent education/experience. Experience using MS Office products. Experience working with confidential records. Experience serving as a point of contact in an office environment. Experience providing training to employees.
