Summary: The primary function of this position is to support daily operations of the terminal coordinator and to fill in for absences. Coordinate dock/office, drivers, and freight handlers to ensure productive operations of the terminal

Essential Job Functions:

• Answer customer calls regarding when freight will be delivered and assist with paperwork.

• Schedule appointments with residential deliveries and business that require appointments before deliveries.

• Enter information from pickups and close out trips.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-09:00pm
