Results driven Exposure to Confidential Information: Key Expectations/Responsibilities: Planning · Participates in meetings as required/assigned. Implementation · Organize daily work flow. · Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls · Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system · Retrieve documents from filing system and handle requests for information and data · Resolve administrative problems and inquiries · Maintain office schedule, prepare agenda and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements · Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings · Keep up with office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment · Maintain staff administrative records such as parking, phones, petty cash and company credit cards and assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate · Completes other duties as assigned. Training · Participates in relevant training to expand knowledge of the position. · Communicates regularly with the supervisor and seeks assistance when appropriate · Continues to work to improve skills needed for position held.
