Overview:
We are looking for Occupational Therapists to join our team! In your role, you will work alongside a multifaceted team, compromised of seasoned Therapists, mid-career clinicians, and recent graduates. This mix of staff offers our patients years of clinical expertise and the most current evidence-based treatment approaches. Across our system, we care for a variety of patients, including Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cardiac, Orthopedic, and more.
As a Occupational Therapist at Community, you will care for a unique patient population and have the ability to become a more well-rounded clinician alongside an interdisciplinary team. Our therapy teams value teamwork, mentorship, and a teaching environment.
Leon S. Peters Inpatient Rehabilitation Center: In our 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation center, we are able to treat patients earlier in their injury/diagnosis and see a high discharge to home, utilizing our large treatment gym, ADL room, and private gym space.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, organizing, and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients. Qualifications:
Education and license minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
State of California Occupational Therapy license or eligible for licensure.
Current BLS certification.
