UHM Properties is seeking a reliable full-time, experienced occupancy Specialist to join our team. Qualified applicants must have 1-3 years of experience in the property management field. Qualified applicants must have; a valid COS designation, tax credit experience, advanced computer literacy and, practical communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the processing of interim and annual recertifications, resident relations, and application intake and administration. Qualified applicants are required to have extensive experience utilizing the OneSite platform. UHM Properties offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
