For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a Nutrition Pilot Plant Operator to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of innovation, and technological advancement. We Ask You to:

Equipment Operation

  • Sets up, operates and cleans filtration systems, dryer, and reaction equipment.
  • Accurately labels and packages final nutrition products and transports to warehouse for storage.
  • Sets up experiments including physical set up, material unloading, and communication with research scientist.
  • Takes samples as requested.
  • Completes the Production Log sheet.
  • Operates daily experiments on filtration, evaporation, drying, UHT or other equipment as needed.
  • Adjusts and troubleshoots equipment to maintain product specifications.

Compliance

  • Maintains housekeeping standards in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Follows all required safety policies and procedures.
  • Complies with all Standard Operating Procures (SOP) in the Pilot Plant
  • Sanitizes equipment used during daily operation including CIP, COP, manual cleaning, and periodic cleaning per Master Sanitation Schedule.
  • Accurately follows production plans, and records data.
  • Collect samples and monitors production specifications.

You Have (Mandatory Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a food production facility helpful, but not required

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $ 18.52/hr and 20.83/hr.
