Position Title:Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Pain Management - PRNDepartment:Nursing AdministrationJob Description: General Description: Under direction of a physician, provides primary care to patients with medical conditions ranging from general to complex. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. General Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications: Education: Masters of Nursing from an approved school of nursing Experience: None License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC) AND a Certificate of Recognition for Practice as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner from the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing , will accept a temporary Certificate of Recognition for Practice provided a permanent certificate is obtained within 12 months of employment. Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. Note: Some positions may require a Master’s Degree in nursing and/or specific clinical experience.
