The Post Procedure Nurse is a critical member of the clinical team in our Fluoroscopy suite, located in Stuart, Florida. In this role, you will provide post-operative care to patients who have undergone non-invasive procedures, such as kyphoplasty and epidural injections, in our state-of-the-art outpatient setting. This is a fast-paced environment that requires your ability to multi-task, with different clinical situations occurring simultaneously. Patients will be placed in your care following the procedure and you will play a patient, empathetic and supportive role in the post-operative care and release of your patient. In a typical patient interaction, you will transport the patient from the procedure room to the recovery room and apply your skill set to monitor patient vital signs, assess patient demeanor and non-verbal cues, address adverse reactions and communicate with the physician to ensure the patient receives appropriate care. You will provide clear, concise, easy to understand education to the patient and family members and prepare the patient for release from care. You may also assist the physician with medication injections, or in the procedure room monitoring patients during their procedure. Requirements Physical Demands:
