Baylor employees work weekends only. The Baylor program allows employees to work a 16-hour shift every Saturday and Sunday. The reward for this program is getting paid an additional 15 hours on top of the hours worked. (Ex. Work 62 hours in a pay period, but get paid for 77 hours) Baylor hours are 7 am to 11:15 pm every Saturday and Sunday. The care we give our residents and the appreciation of our staff is unmatched, come check us out! For FT employees every shift picked up is an additional $85 and partial shift is $25.
