This is a six-month paid Co-Op position responsible for completing assigned work items in a timely manner and ensuring high quality service to business partners. This role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights. The individual will participate in project work primarily within the functional area, with direction and review by a manager. The individual is expected to take initiative in identifying and executing approaches for analysis to support the assigned projects. The Co-Op position for Infrastructure/IT will work specifically within Benefits and Contact Center IT. This business drives the technology platforms that enables our claims adjudication capabilities in the U.S. and over 20 contact centers worldwide. This individual will work on our intelligent character recognition project, providing analytic support to validating and improving machine models in our voluntary benefits space.
