Paramount Sleep is a premier manufacturer of luxury mattresses. will be responsible for the North East region including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, DC Areas. We are looking for an entry level sales person who is well-organized to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate can demonstrate that they are able to facilitate the team’s activities, so as too maximize their performance, grow sales and build a profitable market share based upon goals and objectives. Position Summary: Engage members and relay information on products to members so they feel confident in their purchase of mattress or mattress set being offered at roadshow event locations. Performance results will be evaluated by sales volume at these locations. Position Responsibilities:
  • Position Requested Hours: Tuesday thru Saturday
  • Build effective business relationships with members and management
  • Build effective business relationships with customers.
  • Be able to effectively sell our products to consumers at point of sale.
  • Be able to effectively communicate product knowledge to consumers:
Specifications of our products Features and Benefits Reason to purchase.

  • Report sales trends updates on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Communicate competitive inquiries from members on the selling floor.
Essential Skills and Experience: It is preferred that Sales Coordinators have:
  • College degree preferred in related field of business, marketing or advertising
  • Experience in retail sales
  • Previous mattress sales experience a plus.
  • Prior demonstrate a high-level of organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • PC skills including excel, power point, and Word.
  • Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment
  • Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and means of transportation.
TRAINING: Sales Associate will receive complete training on Paramount products and programs at the Norfolk factory. Approximately 2-week hands-on-training program in all facets of the business. The candidate will also travel with sales managers or sales representatives to learn proper sales processes. Job Type: Full-time
