Piper Companies is currently seeking a NOC Engineer – TS Clearance for a fortune 500 technology company in Raleigh, North Carolina. The NOC Engineer – TS Clearance will be responsible for troubleshooting and remediation for customer network support issues typically generated by Network/System monitoring and management tools. The NOC Engineer – TS clearance must hold an active security clearance.

Responsibilities of the NOC Engineer - TS/SCI with TS Clearance:

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex, escalated issues
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance and helpdesk functions to support network availability
• Provides support to numerous customer requirements

Qualifications of the NOC Engineer - TS/SCI with Clearance:

• 1+ years of experience working within a NOC environment
• Active TS clearance
• Strong knowledge in network connectivity, routers, firewalls, and basic security
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Network + and/or CCNA preferred

Compensation for the NOC Engineer - TS/SCI with Clearance:

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $120,000
