The Night Porter keeps premises in a clean and orderly condition. Pays specific attention to the restrooms for basic cleanliness and stocking of supplies throughout a work shift. 1. Clean main entryways and ensure satisfactory appearance
2. Inspect, clean, disinfect and restock public restrooms as needed but as a minimum of twice a day.
3. Police common area hallways 2 times per day.
4. Clean drinking fountains as needed.
5. Police common area break rooms after lunch time.
6. Perform building walkthrough to ensure all duties have been completed properly the previous night. Correct any found issues, report defects to SG360 supervision.
7. Assist with moving furniture moving as requested.
8. Assist with set-up and tear down of tables and chairs of events and functions as requested.
9. Assist with replacing of lightbulbs throughout building when required.
10. Attempt to unclog toilets and sinks with a plunger before calling maintenance.
11. Removes fresh spots from carpets as discovered or notified. If unable to remove spots this is to be communicated to the night shift via proper communications channels. 12. Performs other duties as assigned.
