We are looking for Cashier's to prepare Neapolitan pizza and/or take orders from customers. Cashiers must learn our menu and competitive advantages to educate customers and walk them through the ordering process. To be successful in this role, you should have a positive attitude and open mind to learning our methods * Note: *Our team members also earn more because of our tip sharing. In addition to our competitive hourly rates, our generous tip share programs help our staff earn more than similar positions at other restaurants.

Cashier Responsibilities

· Greet customers as they enter

· Educate customer on the style of pizza

· Give customers menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

· Take orders while paying attention to details and always repeating the order back.

· Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)

· Keep the bar/counter area clean

· Comply with health and safety regulations

· Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

· Run food and drinks to customers

COVID-19 considerations:

Face masks and gloves will be worn during shifts. Counter barriers will be in place to protect staff and customers. Additional cleaning and screening will be used to prevent the potential spread of virus.

Job Duties:

  • Operate all aspects of the register, including cash and card transactions, scanners, and scales
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for by the end of the shift
  • Answer any customer inquiries, and use your knowledge of store layout and product content to give directions as needed
  • Assist customers with bagging and carrying products as needed
  • Maintain a clean work environment, keeping register clear for incoming customers
