*New Business Development Representative*
Job Responsibilities:

• Identify new partner opportunity through warm and cold outreach.

• Qualify clients determining proper fit for our service and referral program.

• Present to clients our value and programs in a consultative way.

• Gain commitment to enroll in our partner program by asking direct questions.

• Manage your referral partners regularly with value-added touch points.

• Achieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of outside sales experience required.

• Business development and account management experience a plus.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Comfortable introducing yourself to new people, face to face relationship building.

• B2B Sales.

• Valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.

Base plus uncapped commission with total compensation range: $65,000 - $150,000+.
