Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide support to the Directors and Senior Managers on specific areas of expertise

• Develop, lead, and conduct benchmarking and surveys.

• Facilitate process improvement efforts.

• Generate network-relevant documentation.

• Lead network infrastructure upgrade and design projects.

• Telecommunication architecture, develop highly technical expertise in network/systems design, and product selection.

• Work with management to prepare project implementation plans.

• Administration of MS Exchange.

• Administration of Shoretel phone systems.

• Administration and setup of VM ware environments.

• Administration of centralized storage.

• Support escalations from other teams.

• Comply with the Bank’s security program, including but not limited to:

o Review and comply with the End-User Computing Agreement.

o Acquire good knowledge on functions and usage of computer systems as related to the assigned job functions.

o Be current and knowledgeable in industry’s trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.

o Report suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.
