Job Description


Infina is seeking an experienced .Net developer to maintain and modernize a critical aviation software tool. We need a person who is skilled at applying their programming knowledge to improve existing software while working with our team to develop a new framework to drive greater efficiency and functionality. We are looking for candidates with exceptional reasoning abilities, teamwork, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement .NET coding standards within code being developed
  • Communicate with Customer to determine problems or design requirements and perform troubleshooting
  • Document changes and follow the Systems Development Life Cycle process independently
  • Review software application requirements in coordination with Customer
  • Work within Agile team, participating and committing to the User Stories assigned in the Sprint
  • Perform risk analysis design, mock-up, document, unit testing, system testing, code
  • review and support documentation

Qualifications
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least seven (7) years of experience developing web applications in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services
  • Hands-on experience with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)
  • Understanding of best practices for version control (GIT), Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and development management of the system
  • Working knowledge of Git and ability to manage the deployment branches
  • Proficiency with C# and Core .net multi-threading
  • Experience in CLOUD Web Services
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
