Employment Type : Full-Time
The .Net Developer role collaborates with
departmental and business staff to provide for the design, development,
implementation, and continued operation of applications (such as, web, mobile,
desktop) built using the .Net Framework.
Tasks Performed
Collaborate with internal team (business
analysis and business users) in requirement analysis and documentation. Collaborate with internal resources on
software design and architecture; provide time estimates.
Using .Net programming languages,
develop, test, and implement clean and scalable code to meet business
requirements.
Improve existing applications by
revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging existing code to correct known
issues, mitigate potential issues, improve performance, provide integration
points, and minimize technical debt.
Develop and maintain application
documentation for use as a technical resource and business resource. For new applications, this should be
documented throughout the development lifecycle. For existing applications, perform a periodic
review of documentation and complete missing documentation as applicable.
Provide technical support for .Net
applications and serve as a mentor to other resources.
Pursue relevant professional
certification as applicable and available.
Keep abreast of corporate business process strategies and new
technology.
Perform other related duties of a
comparable level/type as required.

Desired Job Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of
progressive and professional job experience.
In addition to experience developing using .Net, experience in various
other technologies, such as Microsoft SSIS and JavaScript.
