Naval Tactical Grid SME/Military Analyst – 21-019 – Norfolk, VA As a growing Department of Defense Contractor, AUSGAR Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Naval Tactical Grid SME/Military Analyst to join our team of smart and innovative technical team members. Serve as an analyst providing support to the United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) and its missions, functions and tasks through a contracted position serving the function of the Naval Tactical Grid SME. Be part of an AUSGAR team supporting Future Joint Force development, including developing military capabilities for multiple Combatant Command (COCOM) and coalition clients. Identify, develop and evaluate complex or highly sensitive future Joint Force capabilities, methods, procedures and processes. Formulate complex future requirements, including working closely with higher headquarters and subordinate capability developers to support specific programs and projects. Analyze the development of a draft of a concept of operations (CONOP) for Naval Tactical Grid and Navel Operational Architecture (NOA) concepts and provide it to internal and external stakeholders for review. Review DoD, Combatant Command (COCOM), service and component policies, directives, strategies and concept papers for accuracy and operational relevancy and research and provide comments to staff as required.
