Need it Now Delivers is growing in an exciting, space within transportation and seeking a leader for our National Sales Management Team. The ideal candidate must have Logistics experience, be a people manager, and the ability to build strategies to engage, retain and grow our customers, developing cross-functional relationships, and providing the voice of customer feedback to internal stakeholders. We are looking for a passionate leader and sales advocate within Need it Now, with proven business development acumen, great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth
• Train, hire, and build out a Logistics Sales Account Management team
• Development of the overall strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver goals
• Set goals, establish processes, and ensure proper training and use of our CRM
• Manage and coach the team to optimal performance
• Work closely with marketing and operations management partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions
• Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary, general manager mentality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
