This role is responsible for developing self-paced content to support our curriculum. It will involve engaging with internal customers and the Aviation Lean Business Operations team to ensure we have consistently excellent lean learning across the organization. The role enables the Aviation Lean Business Operations team to execute on their operational goals, drive lean mindset into the organization and set the business up for success as we move through our lean transformation journey.
The Multimedia Designer will have strong technical skills with a clear understanding of learning and development pedagogy. You may not have experience with lean content, but you must be ready to learn and be passionate about enabling culture change through learning. You will be organized and proficient in time management and possess excellent development skills.
