WHAT YOU’LL DO
COLLABORATE | Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do at CTC. You’ll start by working with your Creative Strategist to come up with ad concepts that make thumbs stop. Communication is key. Working with your team and your clients, you’ll make sure the ad is aligned with their brand and ready to crush goals. You’ll determine what needs to be outsourced and join forces with a pool of resources as you guide freelance designers by making sure the ads they create meet your clients’ standards.

CRAFT | As our Multimedia Designer, you’ll bring your clients’ dreams to life by producing engaging ads. You’ll balance innovation and brand equity as you visualize and produce bold new design futures. You’re a master at pixel perfect design, combining typography, composition, color and motion in order to craft content that drives action. Utilizing ad analytics, you’ll make thoughtful and informed iterations until your ads perform as well as they possibly can.

CONQUER | With your drive to become the master of your clients’ brands, you tackle every challenge with streamlined processes, and ultimately steer the helm to your clients’ victories. Our Multimedia Designers work with speed and efficiency by utilizing and refining their process. You understand your ability to deliver both quality and quantity. You’ll make a direct impact on the performance of your clients’ business. There is no mountain you can't summit as you plant new flags everywhere you go by streamlining your workflow.

*WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like
- MMD’s produce campaign-specific and evergreen digital ads for DTC businesses. This is achieved through a wide range of mediums including short form motion graphics to longform commercial campaigns, dynamic images, live action, still composition, gif, among other formats.
- You stay actively engaged in a remote environment by being a master of Slack and Zoom. You frequently check in with your Creative Strategist as you conceptualize, plan, and produce new ads for your clients.
- You keep a tight rein on process that allows for proper information transfer, file management, and reporting. You care for a shared workflow that ensures efficiency, ease, speed and quality.
- You contribute to the larger department, sharing knowledge of design principles, creative language, skill based techniques to be seen and practiced.
- You achieve and exceed department benchmarks including client quality satisfaction scores, protocol and systems adoption.
- You stay hungry for more knowledge as you attend internal trainings and workshops to gain insights from peers and management.
- You’re an expert at keeping on your toes, nimbly navigating your daily tasks with enthusiasm.
- You enjoy planning ahead by identifying opportunities to prepare for future needs. You’re able to discern what tasks you can outsource while maintaining focus on the work at hand.

Success in Your First Three to Six Months Looks Like
- You’ll learn about CTC’s mission, values and culture by asking questions and engaging. You’ll become an active member of your team, the creative department, and the entire company as a whole.
- You’ll start to feel in charge of your clients’ brands and assets. You’ll begin to have a deep understanding of your clients’ visions, as well as a practical understanding of their materials and guidelines.
- You’ll learn how to maintain and navigate CTC’s cloud-based file management system with ease.
- You’ll get to know your team well, and learn about roles and responsibilities. You’ll get a sense of their expectations, and set up your own guardrails.

*WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience preferably with an emphasis in motion.
- Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds).
- Must be experienced with design platforms (Full Adobe suite including but not limited to After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD).
- Proficient in creating short form video content.
- Experience creating, ideating, and editing with brands, clients, and their brand guidelines.
- Have minimal experience in ASANA or relevant project management software, preferred.
- Ability to set boundaries and clear expectations in a remote work-from-home environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to execute on, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
- An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions.
- A desire to take risks and think outside the box.
