Bachoco OK Foods Inc. is seeking a full time Data Entry Clerk for our Muldrow, OK location. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday some Saturdays/weekends - Hours: 6:00pm-2:30am

Job Summary - Maintains updated information in regards to inventory by performing the following duties:

  • Update receivers, transfers, and physical inventories.
  • Perform data entry of received and shipped products.
  • Prepare export documents, weekly closes, damage rework, and adjustment verification.
  • Perform research and problem solving of issues reported in regards to inventory and system operations.
  • Proofread and prepare information for reports requested in regards to activities at Distribution.
  • Sign out drivers.
  • Cross train to fill in for load coordinator on short-term basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of e-mail software and spreadsheet software.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
