Hours: This is a pool position, as needed. This person would be required to rotate to our MRI locations - WMH and MUK and cover call at these sites as well. The call would be every 7th weekend, as well as one night a week, and a holiday. This position would need to be available days, nights or weekends as needed.

What You Will Do:

Produce high quality, diagnostic MRI scans on patients of all ages demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and operating MRI system and related software according to established policies and procedures. Demonstrate clinical competency in all aspects of MRI including MRI related equipment. Shall provide a patient experience focused on service excellence and patient safety.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiological Technology
  • Registered Diagnostic Technologist of at least two years. Prior MRI experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
  • Valid WI Driver's license and in good standing
  • Maintains current and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT). Provide proof of MRI Registry or successful MRI Registry within two years of hire. Candidates with prior MRI experience required to provide proof of MRI Registry within twelve months of hire.
  • Preferred requirements: Subspecialty boarded in Magnetic Resonance Imaging within one year of hire if prior MRI experience exists. MRI boarded within two year of hire with no or prior MRI experience.
