Summary of Job Function:Is responsible to meet and greet patients and confirm two patient identifiers. Properly screen patients verbally and review written MRI Safety form with patients. Properly get patients dressed prior to exam. Is responsible to assist in other areas of Radiology that pertains in assisting patient's and tech's. Help stock MRI room with proper supplies. Help assist Tech's with setting up MRI room with proper coil's to help expedite table time. Is responsible to load correctly power injector with contrast and saline. Is responsible to scan documents into Pac's and apply correct billing in IDX. Assist in obtaining cd's or film's for patients from file room. Help assist Tech's with patient transfers via wheelchair or stretcher to MRI table.

Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.
