Next Clean House is seeking a Door to Door Sales Trainer to lead a team of Door to Door Sales Representatives to proactively up-sell customer accounts and gain new customers for house cleaning services and maid service. Responsibilities include exceeding sales and projections; improving the way sales are promoted, ordered, billed and delivered; promoting a positive and energetic attitude in the operation of service by sales by working with the cleaners and maids on marketing the Next Clean House and its services.
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with new representatives.
- Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
- Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Hold morning pep rallys and afternoon/evening briefings to motivate sales reps

Pay: Up to $200.00 per day
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (Required)
- door to door sales: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
