Busy Mortgage Brokerage is looking for a dynamic, organized, computer - savvy and experienced office manager / mortgage processor to help organize the Southampton branch, set up compliant filing system, oversee loan package submissions, conditions clearing, closing scheduling as well as post closing reporting. Accounting experience is a huge plus, as Quarterly NMLS Reporting is required to be filed. Salary and a lucrative bonus structure offered. Required mortgage processing skills: DU / DO / LP / NON QM / SMALL BALANACE COMMERCIAL LOAN SUBMISSIONS, Clearing Underwriting as well as Closing Conditions, Pulling Credit Report, Ordering and Checking Title Reports, Scheduling Closing, Keeping a Ledger of Loan Apps, Communicating with Loan Officers, Branch Manager, Borrowers , Underwriters and Wholesale Account Executives, Exceptional Communication and Organizational Skills.
