General Summary:
Reviews loan packages for conformity for closing requirements, correcting errors and identifying missing information necessary for a loan closings. Handles residential mortgage loans following the loans approval and through funding. Completes loan closing disclosures. Reviews post-closing audits and ensures the meeting all regulatory requirements.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pipeline of loans in preparing for closing, awaiting funding, and the review of post-closing audits
- Ensure that all interested parties are kept current as to the status of each closing transaction
- Conduct a review all loan files being prepared for closing for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
- Complete disclosures as required
- Review all closed loan packages to assure all legal documents were properly signed and all conditions to be satisfied at settlement were received
- Provide closed loan/line packages to servicing to be set up and disbursed on the appropriate disbursement date.
- Provide closed loan/line packages to Loan Servicing to be set up and disbursed on the appropriate disbursement date.
- Accurately follows Bank policies, procedures, compliance rules and industry regulations as applicable
- When necessary, must be able to work extended hours beyond the normal work day.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
