This is a remote 1099 employee position.

• Mission San Jose Mortgage was est. in the year 2002 in the city of Mission San Jose and years later our CEO, Omar Khamisa decided to move the company to the city of Stockton,
• MLOs who are Self-driven and have the desire to help people with their home loans.

• We have a requirement of 1-2 Loans a Month
• We have an Experienced Staff and our Branch Manager with 20+ years of experience.
• We are both Direct and Wholesale Brokers, and also we have Competitive Low-Interest Rates.
• We offer one week of training, where we will go over files, run scenarios, income calculations, and also how to use Calyx point as a LOS to run DU, disclosures, pull credit, and how to use the 1 Solution Platform.
• The 1 Solution Platform we use has many features such as a Pricing Engine for over 80+ Lenders, CRM, Communication such as E-mails, SMS and we manage a Web dialer for calls. It also has Marketing Materials such as Open House flyers, E-Card it’s also mobile-optimized, so from the field you’ll be able to send a pricing proposal or run scenarios to your customers.
• We also offer an organized processing team, we have an in-house level 2 underwriter.
• A marketing team that will help you build your Social media.
• We offer a Loan Officer Assistant to help you for the first 6 months.
• we can do Every Residential Loan Type. We do FHA loans, Reverse Mortgages, Non-QM, VA, Jumbo, Private money investments such as ITIN, USDA, and many other loan products Loans
• We work with both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
• The end goal is to be Licensed in all 50 states, so far we are Licensed in the States of California, Arizona, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Oregon, Texas. And We still have pending Florida, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico.
• MLOs start at 100bps and also can vary depending on the experience that you have.

You will act as a liaison between customers and our financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits

Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans

Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information

Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them

Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions

Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services

Maintain and update account records

Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans

Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas

Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process

Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
