Compensation:

$55,000

Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities. The majority of your time will be focused on making connections on the phone, joining forces with our marketing team to build campaigns around those connections, and mastering the art of follow-up. In addition, you will:


  • Create targeted sourcing strategies for Loan Officers; conduct industry and candidate prospect research; identify and utilize multiple recruitment sources to develop a pool of candidates
  • Source, screen, evaluate and recommend a diverse list of candidates and maintain a solid network of contacts within the mortgage banking industry
  • Manage a virtual assistant to make cold calls and schedule appointments
  • Handle all email invitations, text reminders, initial calls, follow-up, and live/virtual recruiting efforts with the Regional Vice President
  • Work closely with respective Branch Managers to include presenting candidate(s), consulting, and advising on effective recruiting strategies and techniques
  • Present at weekly update meetings with the leadership team on recruiting strategy progress

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of phone sourcing and engaging talent – a plus
