As an outside sales Mortgage Loan Officer, your primary duty will be making sales calls and developing leads through personal contacts outside of and away from Coastal's main office and branch locations. You'll have the opportunity to work independently as you use your outgoing personality and achievement talent to identify sources of potential mortgage loans. You'll also use your strong sales talent and interpersonal skills as you spend extensive time in the community on a regular basis meeting personally with non-affiliated realtors, builders, potential and established contacts, interacting with members and employees, and attending community events in order to build and maintain your mortgage loan pipeline.
Making outside sales calls, soliciting new business, and networking with realtors, builders and consumer networking groups; meeting personally with referral sources; attending community events and business functions such as Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors events and Home Builders Association meetings; and meeting with other identified resources to generate mortgage loan production, meet your production goals, and maintain recurring sources of referrals for new opportunities.
Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions and providing exceptional service to our members by building rapport, meeting their needs, and promoting all services offered by Coastal.
