The Mortgage Document File Clerkis responsible for file preparation, document scanning, and file reassembly of mortgage documents. This is a multi functional document production role within our client, Deutsche Bank, facility in Santa Ana. The ideal candidates for this role will be those who enjoy records/filing work, document scanning and quality assurance tasks.
This is a very team-oriented operation and as such, the Document Imaging Operator may be required to perform one or all of the responsibilities at any given time in order for us to meet and exceed client project guidelines.
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages/boxes on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
Lift/push/pull objects regularly as part of the document scanning process
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy/scanning machines, binding equipment, etc.)
