We are seeking a Mobile Optometrist to join our team! You would be responsible for practicing in Skilled Nursing Facilities located around Delhi, Columbia, Jonesboro, and Monroe, Louisiana. Aria Care Partners provides you with all the mobile equipment and a trained Vision Technician to assist on all visits.

Your responsibilities would include providing clinical services and routine, acute, and chronic eye disease care:

• Conduct eye exams using mobile optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation.
• Diagnose and treat ocular disease.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
• Answer questions and advise patients and facility staff regarding vision and optical issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.
• Direct clinical staff and assist in the development of the overall service.

• Degree in Doctor of Optometry from an accredited school.
• Great opportunity for experienced doctors and new grads.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one day a week, with the possibility to work around your schedule. We partner with skilled nursing facilities across the country, offering mobile dental, vision, audiology, and podiatry services on-site to the residents of those facilities. We set up a treatment room in the facility, usually in an empty resident room, activity room, or the beauty salon for the day. We have a clinical operations team in the Kansas City office that coordinates the clinical scheduling and billing and acts as an extension to support the relationship with the facility in which our field teams operate. We have been in business for over 20 years, and we are one of the largest providers of ancillary services to skilled nursing facilities in more than 25 states across the country. Therefore the majority of the patients we see have a policy with our company for these services."
