Individuals who start their government service after November 22, 2021, need to be fully vaccinated prior to their scheduled start date, except in limited circumstances where a reasonable accommodation for medical or religious reasons is legally required. For Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or AstraZeneca/Oxford, that is two weeks after an employee has received the second dose in a two-dose series.
