Our teachers have one of the most integral roles in promoting students’ learning in our community. Within a co-teaching model, teachers work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Academics and other members of the school leadership team to provide intentional learning opportunities that are accessible, rigorous, and meaningful. We provide our teachers with the science of teaching (e.g. a research-based framework and structure to work from) and give them freedom to express the art of teaching within the classroom. Our classroom teachers are educators who are passionate about learning and exemplify a growth-mindset.
