Patriot Group International, Inc. has full-time non-exempt employee openings for Mid-Level Recruiters. These positions will be located in our Herndon Operations office in Herndon, VA, San Antonio, TX., and Columbia, MD. These positions will report to the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sources key open positions, including the use of professional networks, job boards, resume searches, social media/message boards, and employee referrals.
- Manages the candidate cycle, including reviewing applicants against position requirements.
- Conducts phone screening interviews.
- Develops a pool of qualified applicants.
- Participates in face-to-face interviews.
- Helps to manage close-out and selection process with Hiring Managers and their teams.
- Prepares and sends offer and rejection letters.
- Conducts professional reference and background checks.
- Works in conjunction with Human Resources (HR) and Operations teams to assess hiring needs and manage project staffing pipelines.
- Adhere to PGI ISO: 9001 requirements for recruitment and hiring procedures.
- Attends career fairs and hiring events within United States, as necessary.
- Other duties, as assigned by the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a Staffing related role.
- Experience using social media tools for candidate sourcing and branding efforts.
- Experience meeting time to fill, quantity, quality, diversity, veteran, and internal hiring.
- Ability to review a high number of applicants.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports electronically using Microsoft Office 365 applications or other similar database applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Able to read, speak and understand English fluently.
- Successfully pass required pre-employment screening to include drug testing, and criminal background screening.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment to include a telephone, keyboard, computer, and copier/fax.
