ResponsibilitiesWill be responsible for working with Divisional VP and HR Operations team to help build the HR framework to support the Division. Will work on special projects to ensure HR best practices are in place and ensure we leverage data and systems to maximize service, quality and response times to our customers.
  • Operates as an organizational leader and internal consultant to the management team on HR related policies and practices.
  • Analyzes trends as they relate to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee performance issues and recommends appropriate steps to resolve while managing risks to the business.
  • Develops reports to include internal score-cards/HR analytics.
  • Works with Corp HR teams on specific HRIS, Benefits and related projects.
  • Manages and controls access to confidential information.
  • Works with data to ensure we are educating our customers on trends in HR to improve business outcomes.
  • Will be Division HR liaison for HRIS to ensure we are leveraging our systems to deliver high quality HR services to our customers.
  • Will manage Division HR projects to include but not limited to the following: I9 compliance, Talent Aquistion Strategy, resources and planning, new hire surveys, exit surveys and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Will support new deal due diligence and integration as needed.
  • Works with HR Op's on all non-exempt employee relations issues to include disciplinary actions through the review and approval of all non-exempt terminations.
  • Will interface with Corporate HR on compensation requests, PAF and clinical step grid tracking.
  • Will be backup support to HRG’s.
  • Will maintain and manage the HR workplan tracker and related tools

BA Degree required. 8 plus years of experience in HR Management role is needed. Must have the ability to build relationships in complex and fast paced growth organization. Ability to multi task and provide HR solutions, solve HR related business issues for our customers.
