Job Summary

The Product Information (PIM) Specialist collects and implements information and content representing specific product lines for Techniweld USA's products to ensure customers have a world-class enterprise shopping experience in order to drive higher traffic and sales conversions. Through these efforts, the specialist becomes a subject matter expert on all things related to the products carried by Techniweld USA. This role reports to the VP of Purchasing, and offers support to the sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class product information for various current and future product lines. Content includes digital assets such as images, spec sheets, safety data sheets, as well as product meta-data such as specifications, certifications, approvals, pricing, etc.
• Ensure that all items have a correct taxonomy and adhere to the site standards.
• Track and update related product information as vendors make it available to us, or follow up with vendors to provide such information.
• Partner with marketing and IT teams for optimization of product pages and to ensure focus supports larger initiatives.
• Maintain and create relevant associations between products including cross sells, related products, etc.
• Assist purchasing team with new part number setup and updating pricing and other information for existing part numbers.
• Work with other PIM specialists to ensure all relevant sales pitches, spec sheets, safety data sheets, etc. are created according to our brand guidelines.

Skills and Experience * Required: Intermediate to Advanced Google Sheets/Excel sheets for VLOOKUP, filling data, CONCATENATE, etc.

• Required: Immaculate attention to detail
• Required: Identify and understand patterns in data, and be able to identify any mistakes and outliers to correct the errors
• Preferred: Oracle Netsuite platform experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with a regionally accredited program or 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English.
• Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
• Possess proficient analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills in order to interpret data and make subsequent decisions and recommendations. Resourceful enough to solve problems by searching multiple sources if information is not available all at one source
• Ability to handle multiple interruptions and adjustments to priorities throughout the day
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, and to calmly and efficiently resolve problems
• Ability to organize effectively, set priorities, manage workload, and handle multiple responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage social media or knowledge of IT support would be a bonus.
