Job Summary The Merchandise Associate works under the direction of store management to maintain efficient store operations. Provides outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment. Selects great quality merchandise from donations to stock the sales floor. The Merchandise Associate creates a positive employee and customer experience by consistently exhibiting citizenship behaviors and supporting Goodwill’s mission.
