PIVOT Membership Services Coordinator Job Description The Membership Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating various location based schedules, managing member experiences and working with management on special projects. Coordinators complete daily organizational and Membership Services team management tasks that support the efforts of a variety of projects. The successful candidate will work directly with members to ensure quality of customer service and fulfill member’s specific needs. He or she will coordinate with management and other team members to ensure all aspects of each project and procedure are executed properly. Will be responsible for training other Membership Services team members in processes and procedures as implemented. Must be able to troubleshoot and make quick informed decisions for the benefit of the business and the member experience. May require a 2-4 year degree in a related field or 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, field or related area. Experience working in the fitness industry is preferred. Prior experience using Mindbody Software preferred. Must have knowledge in using a variety of software programs and interfaces. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and ability to complete tasks is expected. Typically reports to the management / leadership team. Common Coordinator duties and responsibilities include: Requirements: Membership Services Coordinator top skills & proficiencies: Wages - $14 - $16 per hour starting based on experience Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week. Schedule is based on the needs of the membership services staff availability month to month. Ideal candidate has reliable transportation and can work between both locations in Downtown Boise & Meridian on Ten Mile Road.
