We're searching for an ambitious and vibrant Assistant Manager to join our team at SPENGA Raleigh.

ABOUT US:

SPENGA started in 2015 outside of Chicago, IL and is quickly
growing brand with over 300 territories sold in the US! This
will be the first SPENGA in Raleigh and we are so excited to be bringing
this amazing workout to the community!

SPENGA fuses SPIN + STRENGTH TRANING + YOGA into one 60 minute session. We're thriving. Are you ready?

We're looking for:

• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Previous sales experience required; preferably fitness related
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting

new fitness philosophy

• Strong management and leadership skills
• Motivated and Driven
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training,

spin and yoga are a plus

• Social media marketing experience i.e. Facebook, Instagram and

Twitter

ABOUT YOU:

• Sell memberships and SPENGA retail items
• Develop community outreach programs (grass roots marketing,

business to business relationships and lead generation)

• Assist and engage in effective social media marketing
• Meet and exceed member sales and retention expectations
• Retain and increase member participation
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
• Maintain clean facility
• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote and demonstrate

the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

READY TO WERK?

This position is FULL TIME (40 hours per week). MUST BE
AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS
