Position Summary: The Membership Sales Engagement Specialist is responsible for conducting an exceptional customer service experience for new members on the platform through an outbound “Welcome Call” and renewal of annual membership dues. The specialist will also have a secondary function to provide the new member access to the website and help prequalify on any possible travel opportunities, by necessary discovery. The agent is responsible for suggestive upsells on new products/services. In addition, the agent may receive inbound calls from new members requesting similar support needs and request assistance with program questions and website navigation. The agent is responsible to ensure that 90% or more of the new members assigned, have been contacted via “Welcome Call” by specialist each month and monthly collected revenue required. $17 per hour plus uncapped commissions!
