Position Summary*
This is a position within our Member Service Center communicating with members in a call center environment. Primary responsibilities include providing financial solutions to improve the lives of our members. This includes the ability to identify a member’s financial needs and provide the best financial solutions for them. The MSRI will interact with members by telephone and email, providing exceptional member experiences.

Required Education and Experience: *
This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position does include some remote work.
Physical Requirements:
