Overview: Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for an outgoing team player with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater! This is a 30-hour per week position.About The Position:The day to day job duties of a Member Service Representative are to perform transactional services and promote Greater Nevada programs and products in support of our members’ financial goals. What You'll Be Doing- Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater.”
- Open, close, and process transactions on member accounts
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all member information
- Maintain knowledge of Greater Nevada Credit Union products and services to provide the best experience in helping members achieve their financial goals
- Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act
- Comply with all financial industry regulatory compliance guidelines

Compensation- Compensation is dependent on experience

Physical Demands- While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit/stand and use a keyboard, mouse, phone, and multiple monitors for an extended period (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.).
