Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As our friendly, efficient, and professional Medical Records Clerk, you will maintain timely and HIPAA compliant completion of patient medical records in the Electronic Health Records System. This position ensures timely receipt of outside medical records, and assigns received documents to the correct medical provider. Additionally, the Medical Records Clerk is responsible for reviewing and scanning completed health information (lab results, diagnostic testing, and other correspondence) into the patient records to facilitate continuity of care.
