Gateway Ear, Nose and Throat is seeking an experienced medical front desk / phone receptionist. We have a fast paced very busy front desk and I need someone who thrives on a fast paced atmosphere. The person I am looking for must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task. Knowledge of the different insurance companies in the area and referral requirements is a must. Attention to details is imperative for this role. Being able to work with and communicate with all different walks of life will be necessary.

The job duties include checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting copay's and past due balances, data entry, scanning, and making follow up appointments for patients. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM until the last patient which can vary between 3 PM and 6:00 PM depending on the day. 2 years medical office experience is required. Serious inquires only.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
