Job Description

Welcome to Allied Digestive Health! We are a busy, fast paced, multi-physician medical office located in Hamilton, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking In/Out Patients
• Scheduling Appointments
• Collecting and Posting Copayments
• Distribution of documentation to patients
• Office tasks such as chart scanning and copying
• Review insurance and prep patients chart prior to office visit
• Knowledge of EMR

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must be kind, reliable, and comfortable speaking with patients on the phone and in person.
• Must be detail oriented, a team player and work well under pressure.
• Candidates should have a documented minimum of two years of medical office experience including telephone contact, scheduling, and knowledge of scanning electronic medical records, insurances and billing.
